Fashion Inspiration

So I know that this isn't really a fashion blog, but since I haven't posted in awhile I thought i'd share with you some of the people whose style I admire the most. Now if you've seen my only fashion post which is my inspiration board you might think my fashion sense is a little all over the place with red carpet gowns and then overalls but the fashion icons that I look up to are probably much similar to your own. All of them being classics and well know women. Now before I proceed to tell you who these people are I would like to say in no way do I dress like these people now, I would just like to in the nearest future possible.

First Audrey Hepburn,
Now growing up I haven't always known exactly who Audrey Hepburn was. I remember being at stores that sell big posters and always seeing the classic Breakfast at Tiffany's photo of Audrey with a long cigarette in her mouth and Cat on her shoulders. That picture is currently in my room behind me leaning against my wall, missing a side of its plastic frame which one of my brothers was using as a sword once. Also as I write this I have my Breakfast at Tiffany's glass placed next to me on my desk. But when I first saw that picture I thought it was some sort of old Chanel ad with the little black dress and black gloves and I thought that maybe Audrey was the young Coco Chanel. Of course when I didn't know who she was I asked my mom and she told me then I did what anyone now a days does when they don't know something. Googled it. And now I am an Audrey Hepburn lover as much of the fashion world and real world are. I love her elegance, class and beauty on the inside and out. I actually did a short summer reading essay on her the summer before I started seventh grade because I had to read a biography and I could choose anyone I wanted to and she was the first person I had in mind.

"Paris is always a good idea"-Audrey Hepburn

Second Jackie Kennedy Onasis,
Now being a US citizen and being enrolled in school where you learn US history and about all the presidents and first ladies are I've known about Jackie Kennedy. What first drew me to Jackie Kennedy? Well I've taken a good look at all the first ladies and well Jackie is the prettiest( Sorry Michelle Obama your a close second) and she is the first first lady to have a noticeable interest in fashion. I did an oral report on Jackie in 6th grade and realized that we had a lot more in common than I thought like a love of dance and other arts and French culture. She like Audrey also has great class and elegance.

"Pearls are always appropriate"-Jackie O

Third Brigitte Bardot,
Once when I was younger I asked my dad who I looked like and I was looking for an answer that was like a family member and my dad said Brigitte Bardot. He obviously wasn't really serious with his answer or just wanted to make me feel better even though I didn't know who she was. So I looked her up online and Figured out she was beautiful and French! I think that Brigitte is more of a beauty inspiration to me because I absolutely love her hair. Who doesn't,right? It's so big!I remember that a girl who was a senior at my school last year painted the most beautiful picture of Brigitte and I was really irritated when everybody thought that it was Jennifer Lawrence in American Hustle but if you knew what Brigitte looked like you'd know its her. I was so upset that I asked the art teacher to ask the artist who the portrait was really of and it was of Brigitte. The artist was also annoyed people not being able to recognize Brigitte as well and said some people thought it was Rihanna.

"I like useful gifts. For example,I buy him handkerchiefs and he buys me a mink coat"-Brigitte Bardot
